๐Ÿ“‹ Product Classification

ClearPath Disputes is a self-serve software platform and document workflow system. It is not a credit repair organization and does not provide legal advice or legal representation. The platform helps consumers organize their credit report data, identify potential inaccuracies, and prepare dispute documentation using guided workflows.

โš–๏ธ Consumer Rights Notice

Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (15 U.S.C. ยง 1681), you have the right to:

  • Dispute inaccurate or incomplete information on your credit reports with credit reporting agencies at no cost to you.
  • Request that a reporting agency correct or delete inaccurate, incomplete, or unverifiable information.
  • Receive a free annual credit report from each of the three major bureaus at AnnualCreditReport.com.
  • Sue a credit reporting agency that violates its obligations.

You do not need to pay anyone to exercise these rights.

โš ๏ธ No Guarantee of Results

ClearPath Disputes does not guarantee:

  • Removal of any item from a credit report
  • Improvement of a credit score
  • Removal of accurate negative information
  • Any specific outcome from a dispute

Accurate, current, and verifiable negative information can legally remain on your credit report for 7 years (10 years for bankruptcies). Results depend entirely on the specific facts and documentation of each case.

๐Ÿ›๏ธ State Compliance Notice

Many states have separate laws governing credit services organizations. ClearPath operates on a state-by-state basis and may not be available in all jurisdictions. Additional state-specific disclosures, contract terms, or restrictions may apply depending on your state of residence. Users will be shown all applicable state-specific notices during registration and onboarding.

๐Ÿ—‘๏ธ Data Processing & Deletion Practices

ClearPath commits to processing deletion requests promptly. Upon receiving a deletion request, your account will be immediately locked. Active data will be purged from operational systems. Minimal retention records may be preserved only where legally required and disclosed.

ClearPath does not use OCR or automated data extraction to populate dispute content. All credit report data entering the system is manually entered and confirmed by the user.

๐Ÿ’ณ Billing & Cancellation

Subscription plans may be cancelled at any time without penalty. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refund policies are subject to the terms of service applicable at the time of purchase. Final billing model and plan availability are subject to legal review and may vary by state.
